I am more likely to be frustrated with my job than bored of it. It’s easy to have too many things to do, very hard to not have anything interesting to do.

Sometimes when it isn’t busy I read journals to make sure I know about the latest techniques/technologies and this gets boring fast. But when we’re super busy doing practical work I often wish I could have a reading break!

I must admit that coursework and exam marking is perhaps not the most exciting aspect of my job at times. Even then, however, some of the coursework I mark can be fascinating: https://politicsperceptionphilosophyphysics.wordpress.com/

No, my job is never boring. Though there are some parts I like less, especially admin type stuff (forms, documents, spreadsheets etc).
