I think Shona is right, if you’re talking about the Earth, but I think iron is the most common metal in the universe, since it’s the only metal created through fusion in stars (only the very hottest stars, though).

And if you’re talking about the human body then the most common metal is calcium. Calcium makes up bones and teeth so it might not seem metal but it classified as one.
