      I love figuring things out. Getting a project far enough along that I get an idea of what the data is telling me is very satisfying! I also like explaining my research to other people, but that’s not quite as exciting as figuring out something for myself.

      That we sometimes get to see aspects of Nature and the universe that no-one has ever seen before!

      Knowing that I’m helping people with cancer. It is really satisfying job but can be very stressful because the stakes are so high.

      The best thing for me is that my job is never boring, and there are always going to be more questions to answer (and ask) about the Universe!
