Science has massively shaped today’s world.
Science has improved medicine, it has given us TV, electricity, phones, it has changed the way we eat, it has improved the way we dress, science gave us the ability to travel. Without science our works would be unrecognisable.

As Shona says, science is responsible for just about every aspect of the modern world. Take away science and we’re back in the Dark Ages. No, make that the Stone Age.

As Shona said, science has provided us with most of what we use on a daily basis. It’s led to technologies that allow us to have free time, and allow a greater number of people to live and express their individuality. I think science has also embodies the most successful way (to date) of allowing people to become comfortable with unknowns and question their perceived reality. Though I’m sure Plato would disagree with me on that!
